Micro Metalsmiths core technology is their precision investment casting foundry. This unique lost wax process results in superior surface finishes, thin sections, complex cast detail in non ferrous metals including aluminium LM25, A356, 40E and copper alloys/brass MB1, HTB3, AB2. This is complemented by an in-house specialist cast machining capability and well developed subcontracting range. Enabling finished components to be supplied direct to production lines.
Micro Metalsmiths uses its wide casting knowledge and world wide contacts to also supply finished ferrous castings.
The microwave radar division is a leading international design and manufacture facility offing power dividers and combiners, filters, waveguide components, diplexers, rotary joints, antenna, comparators, complete radar front end solutions and sub systems.
